We're one of the Company Trading in the rapidly growing West Jakarta is looking for a position as Head of HRD & GA Department (HRD) with the following qualifications:

HRD & GA HEAD (HRD)

Recruitment Qualifications:

     * Min. S1, S1 precedence Law

     * Preferably female

     * experience min. 3 years in HRD / GA Manager or Head in particular in

        the fields of Trading / Distributor

     * Mastering the IBC, TNA and ISO 9001 (PDCA and Pica).

     * Mastering scope: Recruitment, HR, Training, Licensing, Social Security,

        Asset Company - Maintenance, Purchase of   Assets and Industrial

        Relation

     * Master of government regulation and Industrial Relations.

     * Decisive, Hard Working, Ability to Work Under Pressure and Honest.

     * Have communication skills, negotiator, motivator and Working Drafts.

     * Preference will be given which can be joined to work in January or early

        Feberuari.

     * Preference will be given a private vehicle and is domiciled in the West.
