Job Summary :
The incumbent will provide pre-sales and technical support for the development, application and installation of products to meet customer requirements and specifications.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities :
* Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers and distributors;
* Review of project specification, valve / material selection and actuator sizing;
* Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
* Respond and provide information on product range, prices and generate quotations in accordance with specifications/customer requirements.
* Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
* Order review and clarifications
* Update of quote status in the SAP system
Essential Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum 1 - 2 years experience of relevant work experience
* Candidates with prior work experience in Flow Control Industry will be highly considered
* Familiarity with SAP system will be an added advantage
* Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment, multi-task and a strong team player
