General Manager Finance & Accounting

Kualifikasi :

• Pria/Wanita, usia maks 45 tahun
• Pendidikan Min.S1 Finance/Akuntansi dengan GPA min. 3.00
• Pengalaman kerja min.5 tahun di level managerial, lebih disukai berpengalaman di ritel
• Memahami dan mampu mengawasi alur transaksi bank, cash flow dan patty cash, dll
• Menguasai Standart Operation Procedure yang berlaku di bidang ritel
• Inisiative, mampu mengembangkan system operasional dan prosedur yang berlaku
• Mampu mengawasi dan menangani al: Fixed Asset, Inventory, Neraca, Balance Sheet, Hutang, Piutang, dll
• Leadership, mampu mengontrol dan memimpin bawahan
• Mampu bekerja secara independent atau anggota team dan proactif
• Memiliki interpersonal yang baik & kemampuan analisa yang kuat serta mampu bekerja dibawah deadline yang ketat
• Mengerti skema pembayaran yang terorganisir dan skematis dari deal konsumen
• Menguasai tentang Pajak, laporan pajak, dan ketentuannya.

• Bachelor degree with accounting or IT background, majoring Information System, accounting, management Information

• High motivation and spirit to learn
• Having experience as application consultant at least 2 (two) years or project manager at least 1 (one) years.
• Have good in personal and interpersonal skill
• Having managerial skill to manage project in the progress
