* Min. Bachelor Degree from any major with relevan ekperience min. 15 years.
* Experience as Training & Development Manager min. 5 years.
* Have experience in developing training material (soft skill and hard skill), TNA, and training evaluation, prefereable in Palm Oil Company.
* Strong presentation skill as a trainer/facilitator.
* Fluent in English and good computer literate.
* Willing to travel
