Job Opportunity : ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (OD) (Jakarta based)Requirements:
* Female, preferred age max 27 years old
* Holds Bachelor degree is a must
* Holds Bachelor degree in Psychology is an advantage
* Experienced in handling Recruitment, Training and Performance Management is a must
* Ability working with Multi tasking job and fast changing environment
* Proficient in both written and spoken English
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Experienced 2 – 3 years in the same field is preferred
* Domicile in North Jakarta or East Jakarta is preferred
