QUALITY CONTROL
Responsibilities:
* Overall maintanance and improvement of quality management systems
* Manage the day to day operation of the factory, to plan, set standard operating procedure, organize and co-ordinate workflow for routine QC analysis
* Coordinating with other departments on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/ preventive actions as to ensure manufacturing quality standards are achieved and maintained
* Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuos improvement activities of the Company's products and processes. Perform analytical/ instrument troubleshooting
* Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software. Perform review and update of QC test methods & work instructions
* Control the quality of raw material, production process, finished product, packaging and other material which have direct effect to quality of the product
* Conduct factory internal audits in accordance with company's standard, customer standard and provide improvement recommendation
* Prepare monthly QC reports like non conformity product
* Train and provide the general knowledge and modern knowledge of quality system for staff
* Managing databases for efficiency improvement
* Assist with the investigations on quality related matters
* Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Female
* Degree in relevant qualication
* Min. 2 years experience in quality control and/or quality assurance in screen printing or similar fields
* Strong knowledge about ISO 9001
* Familiar with tools and methodologies like 7 QC tools, 5S, Kaizen, statistical process control concepts, quality control circle, failure mode and effects analysis, Ishikawa diagrams etc
* Experience in planning plant-wide audit and conducting audit
* Fluent in spoken & written English is a must, fluent in spoken & written Mandarin is a plus
* Dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated, action-focused and result oriented
* Meticulous,organized, able to multi-task and priorities
* Ability to be proactive in identifying areas of improvement
* Be in a team player, but able to work independently
* Computer literate and internet savvy
* Able to start immediately or short notice
